NYC Development Potential maps every MapPLUTO tax lot in New York City, scored by how much of its allowed
zoning capacity (FAR) is actually built — a rough first-pass screen for underbuilt sites. Selecting a
lot can generate a planning-level development pro forma, exportable to Excel.
